• First of all, make sure there are no flakes of dead skin on your lips and to do so use a lip scrub to exfoliate those flakes away.
• Use a non-oily hydrating lip balm having a waxy consistency to prevent the color from sliding off right away.
• To enhance the true color of your lips, pat a foundation on them to let the lip color adhere to it firmly.
